SPAC Mount Rainier postpones vote on HUB Cyber Safety merger to Jan. 4 (RNER)

Mount Rainier Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ:RNER) has postponed a particular shareholder’s assembly to vote on its proposed merger with Israeli agency HUB Cyber Safety to Jan. 4.

The SPAC mentioned in a submitting that it moved the vote to permit shareholders extra time to assessment data added to the assembly’s proxy assertion. The particular assembly had initially been scheduled for Dec. 30. 

Mount Rainier and HUB Cyber Safety introduced plans to merge in March, with the mixed firm valued at round $1.2B.
